Dramatic changes to UK asylum law for irregular migrants

The UK's asylum reform bill -- the Nationality and Borders Bill -- is set to become law after overcoming a final challenge in parliament on Wednesday. Since the departure of the United Kingdom from the EU two years ago, the country has been working on tightening its immigration laws.

Bosnia: Migrants moved to Lipa camp by authorities

A migrant camp in Bosnia has been closed and up to 200 residents have been moved to the nearly Lipa facility, according to an aid group. No Name Kitchen said migrants also were forcibly evicted from squats in the area.

Frontex chief offers resignation after further allegations of pushbacks revealed

According to a joint investigation by Lighthouse Reports, several European broadcasters and news organizations, Frontex' very own records appear to show evidence of pushbacks in the Aegean, carried out by Greek authorities. The investigation has prompted Frontex chief Fabrice Leggeri to tender his resignation.
